Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Membership in Jacks Rewards is free to join. To participate, members must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration details
• Accept these Terms & Conditions
• Maintain only one active membership account per person unless otherwise approved by Jack's of PNG

Jack's of PNG reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership where fraud, misuse, duplication, or false information is identified.

2. Membership Registration

Customers must download the Jack's of PNG Mobile App and complete registration to join the program.

Registration Process

1. Download the Jack's of PNG Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Create an account and complete the required registration details
3. Instantly become a Jacks Rewards member

Important Rules

• Membership is free with no joining or annual fee
• One membership account per customer
• Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or removed
• The customer's email address will be the primary communication contact

3. Membership Identification

• In-Store: Members must present their digital membership card / barcode within the mobile app at checkout.
• Online: Members must be logged into their registered account when shopping online.

Note: Only verified purchases successfully linked to the membership account will qualify for Reward Points, Status Credits, and member benefits.

4. Earning Reward Points

Members will earn 1 Reward Point for every K1 spent on eligible purchases.

Rules

• Points are calculated on net spend after discounts, promotions, or approved adjustments
• Points are credited after successful transaction completion
• Points may be reversed or adjusted for cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions

Points Are Not Earned On

• Gift cards
• Lay-buy deposits (until fully paid, if approved by Jack's of PNG)
• Cancelled or refunded purchases
• Excluded promotional items as determined by Jack's of PNG

Important Note: Reward Points are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred unless approved by Jack's of PNG.

5. Status Credits & Membership Tiers

Members will earn 1 Status Credit for every K2 spent on eligible purchases.

Important Rules

• Status Credits are used for tier progression only
• Status Credits cannot be redeemed for rewards
• Status Credits reset to zero every 12 months at the end of each membership year
• Membership tiers are reviewed periodically based on qualifying spend and/or Status Credits
• Tier benefits may vary by membership level and may be updated from time to time

6. Redeeming Points

Reward Points may be redeemed through the Jacks Rewards Catalogue for selected rewards, products, or offers.

Redemption Rules

• Each reward has a fixed points value
• Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points cannot be sold, transferred, or combined between accounts unless approved by Jack's of PNG

7. Account Management

Members are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and up to date. Members may access their account through:

• Jack's of PNG Mobile App (full access)
• Jack's of PNG Website (limited access, where available)
• In-store customer assistance

If a member believes their account has been lost, compromised, or accessed without authorization, they must notify Jack's of PNG immediately. Jack's of PNG may suspend access, investigate suspicious activity, and take reasonable steps to protect the account.

Jack's of PNG is not responsible for any loss of points or rewards resulting from unauthorized use before notification is received.

8. Inactive Accounts

• Accounts with no qualifying transaction for 12 consecutive months may forfeit all accumulated Reward Points.
• A qualifying transaction within the 12-month period will keep the account active.
• Jack's of PNG may issue reminder communications before forfeiture but is not obligated to do so.

9. Program Modifications

Jack's of PNG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Jacks Rewards program, including but not limited to:

• Points earning rates
• Redemption values
• Tier thresholds
• Rewards and benefits
• Promotional campaigns
• Program rules and features

Any changes may be communicated through the mobile app, website, email, SMS, in-store notices, or other official channels.

10. Suspension or Termination of Membership

Jack's of PNG may suspend or terminate a membership account where a member is found to have:

• Breached these Terms & Conditions
• Provided false or misleading information
• Attempted to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the loyalty system
• Engaged in suspected fraud or misconduct

Where an account is terminated for misuse, any unused points or rewards may be cancelled without compensation. Members may also request voluntary cancellation of their membership at any time.

11. Liability & Disclaimer

Jack's of PNG will use reasonable efforts to ensure accurate points balances, transaction processing, and system availability. However, Jack's of PNG is not liable for loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage arising from:

• System outages or technical failures
• Delayed synchronization between systems
• Incorrect information supplied by the member
• Unauthorized access prior to notification
• Events beyond reasonable control

12. Privacy

• Customer personal information collected under the program will be handled in accordance with the Jack's of PNG privacy policy and applicable legal requirements.
• Information may be used for membership administration, customer support, analytics, and marketing communications where permitted.
