Returns Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
Items eligible for return or exchange must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Have tags attached
- Include proof of purchase
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval.
2. How to Request a Return
Customers may request returns directly through the Jack's of PNG mobile app.
Steps:
- Open the app
- Go to My Orders
- Select the item
- Tap Request Return
- Submit request
Customers may track return status within the app.
3. Return Approval Process
All return requests are reviewed before approval. Approved returns must be brought to a Jack's of PNG store for inspection and processing.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Approved returns may be processed as:
- Refund
- Exchange
- Store credit
Processing times may vary depending on payment provider and payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift vouchers
- Fragrances
- Watches
- Undergarments
- Customized or altered items
- Signed merchandise, including player-autographed items
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must report damaged, faulty, or incorrect items within the specified return period, together with proof of purchase.
7. Misuse & Fraud Prevention
Jack's of PNG reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with policy conditions, or where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
