Orders are confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email. Jack's of PNG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or misuse.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices may change without notice. Additional charges such as delivery fees, customs duties, taxes, and related charges may apply depending on the delivery location and payment method.

5. Delivery & Title

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days where applicable. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or external factors. Ownership of goods transfers upon successful delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the Jack's of PNG Sales, Exchanges & Returns Policy. Customers may request eligible returns through the Jack's of PNG mobile app, subject to review and approval.

7. Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement through the Jack's of PNG mobile app or by contacting customer support. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.

8. User Conduct

Fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or unauthorized use of the platform may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, logos, designs, text, and images remain the property of Jack's of PNG and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Jack's of PNG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, mobile app, or services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea.
